Please Note: The Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Program Policy and Procedure Manual, as described above, is intended to ensure your organization’s compliance with Alberta’s Occupational Health and Safety Act, its Regulations and Safety Code. In addition to the policies and procedures required by the Act, the Regulations and the Code, that are applicable to your operation, it also includes all ten required program elements. We guarantee your legal compliance.

In the event you require a Policy and Procedure Manual to obtain a COR or meet the requirements of a Supplier Verification Service, or the specific requirements of your client, you may require additional policies and procedures. These additional policies and procedures will not represent a legal requirement.  As with COR audits, Supplier Verification Services or individual client requirements, they seek additional details, in order to be sure they have covered all the bases, according to their internal standards. The requirements may differ from one company to the other. These extra policies and procedures can be made available at an additional cost. The cost will be directly related to the complexity and content of the required specific policy or procedure. On average, the extra cost will range from a minimum of $5 to a maximum of $25 per document. In these cases, we ask that you provide us with a copy of the Audit and we will in turn provide you with a cost estimate.
