  • Guidelines for the Structure and Function of the Joint Health and Safety Committee OR Guidelines for the Roles and Functions of the Health and Safety Worker Representative (The information you enter in the Development Questionnaire will indicate which one is applicable to your Organization);
  • Automatic updates/revisions for the next 12 months (In the event new legislation is introduced, which alters the policies/procedures included with your Safety Manual);
  • Ongoing Support from our Staff to Assist You in the Preparation and Maintenance of your Manual.

In the event you require a Policy and Procedure Manual to meet the requirements of a Supplier Verification Service, or the specific requirements of your client, you may require additional policies and procedures. These additional policies and procedures will not represent a legal requirement. They are intended to satisfy your client’s level of required documentation to ensure, according to their internal standards, that they can demonstrate Due Diligence in dealing with their suppliers. The requirements may differ from one company to the other. These extra policies and procedures can be made available at an additional cost. The cost will be directly related to the complexity and content of the required specific policy or procedure. On average, the extra cost will range from a minimum of $5 to a maximum of $20 per document. In these cases, we ask that you provide us with a copy of the Audit and we will in turn provide you with a cost estimate.
