Bill 168 introduced the concept of Workplace Violence and Harassment as workplace hazards. As violence can result in physical injury, it has been added as one of the grounds for work-refusal. Our procedure is detailed, simple to follow, and complies with the Bill 168 amendments. It includes easy-to follow instructions, with which you can customize it to your organization in a few minutes.
