“Under the OHSA, employers are required to post the Act and any explanatory material prepared by the Ministry, which includes the “Health & Safety at Work – Prevention Starts Here” poster, in the workplace.
The poster must be displayed in English and the majority language of the workplace. Effective October 1, 2012, inspectors will expect compliance with the requirement to display the poster.”
