Purchased documents are delivered as follows:
Federal and/or Provincial Safety Manuals, including other Program Manuals, which require you to complete and submit a Customizing Questionnaire (We do the customizing for you):
- Normally emailed within 5 days from receipt of completed questionnaire. Any delays are usually caused by the need to contact you, in order to clarify information submitted within the questionnaire.
Individual Safety-related Programs, Policies and/or Procedures, which are customized by client, by following customizing instructions included with the purchased documents:
- These documents are available for immediate download, following submission of payment.
